Our favourite new loaf is this sexy little sourdough boule, which is at home at any table with a bottle of Chianti Classico, some marinated goat's cheese or burrata, and a fresh-as quality bottle of cold-pressed EVOO. Short of flying to Tuscany, you can make this the centre of any dinner, picnic or brunch to conjure those La Dolce Vita vibes. Or if want to go big with a retro soup, scoop out the middle and fill the boule with your favourite New England clam chowder or pumpkin soup. That's how we like to party with good friends on a cold night.
This all-natural beaut is made with fresh rosemary and a mix of black Kalamata olives and green Sicilian olives, and proved up in an overnight ferment with our housemade sourdough culture.
